Okay, here's the first three. So far so good.

Oops..we're losing two of them.

Reset! Reset!

Jacob really doesn't like this.

This is the best we could do!
Oh well, maybe we'll try again tonight.
and I'm not sure where it goes. So here's a few highlights of the last few weeks for you:
Ezekiel Wotring was born to our friends Kaleigh and Brian. Cute and adorable pictures can be found here.
We've mostly decorated for Christmas. Our tree is pure comedy. There are NO decorations on the bottom half. Bobby kept taking them off and handing them to us - we kept putting them back on, but much higher. The top of the tree looks great.
Bobby is also very interested in unwraping the growing pile of gifts under the tree. Keeping him at bay is a full time job, but he is going to be in ripped paper heaven come present opening time.
My family is starting to arrive from Alaska. There will be 14 of us in my humble abode. It will be much fun though, and we're looking forward to it.
Terran is out of school for the holidays. He can't wait for his cousins to arrive.
And... I'm done with my Christmas shopping.
Life is very very good.

Thursday night we received 6 or so inches of snow and today there are at least 12 inches of snow on the ground. On Friday schools were cancelled and the town got to playing. Bruce drove to work around 7am and said that the main road, route 7, hadn't even been plowed yet and he counted at least 15 cars in the ditch.
But it's not supposed to start warming up and likely all the snow will be gone by the end of next week. But at least we got some, and it's pretty while it lasts.
...for why the Internet is so cool.
When your kid asks how legos are made you can show him something like this:

So...
Thanksgiving was good. We treked up to NY and spent it with Bruce's family. There was plenty of turkey and yummy stuff to go around - Plenty of people to eat it too! The day before we left, it snowed enough that we were able to take the kids out sledding for a bit (after a quick shopping trip for boots, gloves and snowpants).
Turns out we might need that winter gear down here in VA before too long. They're forecasting snow by the end of the week. I can't wait to see all the craziness that ensues after a good snowfall in this area.
Or maybe I can. :)
